Rates & Packages
Base Rate: $40 / hour• 3-Hour Minimum: Every event includes a 3-hour minimum booking.
This time encompasses your entire experience, including light setup/walkthrough before your guests arrive and the final breakdown/closing.Travel Fees
• Standard Mileage Rate: Travel is calculated directly from the standard Arizona mileage allowance (or the current IRS business standard rate) per mile outside of our immediate local service area. This ensures fair, transparent pricing for transit to your venue.When you hire Sun Valley Servers, you get complete, professional support so you can be a guest at your own party. Standard duties include:• Guest Reception: Welcoming your guests as they arrive, taking coats, and directing them to the party.• Appetizer & Meal Service: Passing hors d'oeuvres, serving plated meals, or managing and replenishing a buffet line.• Beverage Hospitality: Taking drink orders, keeping glasses refilled, and managing ice/drink stations.• Table Clearing: Continuously clearing plates, utensils, and glassware throughout the event to keep spaces looking immaculate.✨ Available Add-Ons
The Post-Party Dish Service
Want to completely forget about the kitchen?If your event features heavy dishware, complex glassware, or a high volume of pots and pans that require extensive hand-washing and drying beyond basic machine loading, you can add our dedicated dish management service for an additional $10/hr.Need Extra Hands? (Additional Servers)
For larger events, cocktail parties, or multi-course meals, a single pair of hands might not be enough.You can request additional professional assistant servers to keep things running seamlessly:• Rate: $30 – $40 / hour per additional server (priced based on their specific experience level).• Guidelines: * 1 Server is ideal for up to 12–15 guests (sit-down) or 20–25 guests (buffet/cocktail).• Events exceeding these counts will require adding a second server to maintain a luxury experience.
